The Founding Steering Committee convenes in July 2026. Officer names will be published as appointments are confirmed — the framework below is the structure they will serve within.

A distinguished figure lending stature and counsel to the Council's mission, drawn from the diplomatic or commercial leadership of either nation.

Board of Directors

Strategic oversight, fiduciary responsibility and appointment of officers. Balanced representation from both nations.

President

Leads the Council, chairs the Board, and represents the institution to governments, members and partners.

Vice-President — Nigeria

Leads engagement, programming and member service across Nigeria.

Vice-President — Australia

Leads engagement, programming and member service across Australia.

Executive Director & Secretariat

Day-to-day operations, member services, enquiry handling and programme delivery.
